Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Wedding Albums (Physical Products)

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before design approval. Once you approve the design for printing, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds: Since albums are custom-made, refunds are not provided after the design approval stage.

Damaged Products: If your album arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement after verification.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
2. Lightroom Presets & Website Templates (Digital Downloads)

No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of presets and templates are final and non-refundable once the files are delivered.

Download Issues: If you face any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at earlyfrost.in@gmail.com and we will resend the files.

Compatibility: Please ensure you have the required software before purchase (e.g., Adobe Lightroom for presets, supported CMS/platform for templates). We do not offer refunds for compatibility issues.
3. Replacement Policy

Digital files will only be reissued if there is a technical issue with delivery.

Physical albums will be replaced only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Refunds (for eligible cases such as double payment or damaged albums where replacement is not possible) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
