1. Products We Offer

• Wedding Albums (Physical Products): Custom-designed and printed albums delivered to your address.

• Lightroom Presets (Digital Downloads): Non-physical digital files delivered electronically.

• Website Templates (Digital Downloads): Design files provided in digital format.

2. Orders and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store credit/debit card details.

3. Shipping & Delivery
a. Wedding Albums

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation (generally 2–4 weeks depending on design approval and printing).

• Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned before checkout.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

b. Digital Products (Presets & Templates)

• Delivered instantly or within 24 hours via secure download link sent to your registered email.

• Please ensure correct email details are provided.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Wedding Albums: Once the design is approved for printing, cancellations or refunds are not possible.

• Digital Products (Presets & Templates): Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are provided once the product is delivered.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All designs, presets, templates, and creative content are the intellectual property of EarlyFrost.

• Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it.

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our digital files is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized usage.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details (name, email, shipping address) while placing an order.

• Check product descriptions carefully before purchasing digital downloads.

• For wedding albums, review and approve designs before final printing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for loss or damage of products once handed over to courier/shipping services.

• We are not liable for compatibility issues of digital files with your software/devices. Please ensure you have the required software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom for presets, website platform compatibility for templates) before purchasing.
