Order Processing: Orders are processed once payment is received and album design is finalized/approved by the client.
Production Timeline: Designing and printing usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on customization.
Shipping Time: Delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days after printing is complete. International delivery timelines may vary based on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Charges:
- Domestic shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at checkout.
- International shipping charges vary by location and will be shared before confirmation.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the album is dispatched.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Method: Delivered via secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeline: Instant delivery after successful payment, or within 24 hours in case of system delays.
No Shipping Fees: Since these are digital products, there are no shipping or handling charges.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your wedding album arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement after verification.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
